Wine route Okanagan Valley 07

My crew for the Wine Route: Mimi, Danny Mini et I.
The road trip is long to the Okanagan Valley. It`s about 600km East of Vancouver. Right between the Pacific Ocean and the Rockies.

On the way the the Okanagan we pas by the beautiful Shuswap Lake sculpted by the glaciers.

Well after driving all night ! I finally found this beautiful lake view property. A free and remote spot in the mountains close to kamloops.

As the day starts, the sun becomes very intense in this Canadian desert.

The princess Wild Flowers herself , the ravishing Marie-Ève!

WOW !Here we are finally! right behind me stands the some of the best wine trees in the world. From these are made the famous Mission Hill wine.

Being from the French culture, this is a real dream coming true for us to see how they make wine. I am impress with the size and symmetry of each tree row.
We are now at a different vineyard about 10 km East. I realize how much pride each of the owners put into their product.

Mary Smith is so happy to give us a taste of her family`s art! She actually make us try the entire collection. They taste better and better and better....after each glass!

Well I hope you enjoyed the wine route as much as we did See you soon et Aurevoir!

We are stopping at Harisson hotsprings for a good warm bath in mother nature`s sauna !! It is the last village before getting into wine country!

From the Okanagan wine route I tell you aurevoir! et see you soon!!
