Special fans

I want to share an amazing experience ! Today is very special autograph singing session. One that I will remember all of my life. I am at the Vancouver Hospital where I meet with some cool kids and a special group of very nice seniors.

Led by the lovely Nanyma, they are all prompt to ask me questions about my work as a model but more importantly they are asking ``how do you get those big muscles``!???

Being so far away from my own grand parents , I feel previlege to spend some quality time with my adopted grandma as she takes a look at my latest poster. I spent one afternoon talking and playing games with Nanyma and I have learn more about life then I did the last 2 years. I wrote her a letter to show my appreciation of her company. Thanks guys and Merci Nanima !I go back home with my heart full of joy and alot of faith in the futur.



...Nanyma passed away 5 days later at the age of 82.

She is now what we call ...an Angel... May she rest in Peace.

Le progrès de Coaticook

Salut les amis ! Et bien ce matin j`ai reçu un téléphone de ma mère me disant que Le progrès de Coaticook, le journal de ma ville natale avait un article dédié à ma carrière. J`en suis très heureux car malgré le fait que j`ai quité Coaticook il y a dejà 7 ans, je suis toujours extrêmement fier de mes racines et de l`endroit où j`ai grandi. Avoir une reconnaissance internationalle est une chose vraiment très gradifiante mais avoir le support de mes parents et amis de mon patlin est pour moi tout aussi important.

I got a call from my mom this morning about an article about me in the Coaticook Progrès new paper. Comming from a small farming cummunity, I am very proud to be representing Québec and my hometown around the world. Despite all of the international recognition on what I do, It would not be the same without the support of my friends and parents!

picked up My EXERCISE magazine cover

Salut ! Guess what... I went to the store this morning to get a snack and has I was walking by the magazine section a familiar face jumped to my attention. YES sir ! it`s me ...The February and march edition of EXERCISE magazine is now out in Canada with good old me on the cover!

I have to admit that it makes me feel extremely proud and specially very honoured! It`s a great day for me and me team!

I am really working hard in the gym and on my diet for this. For a fitness model, It`s like the World Series or the Stanley Cup. Thanks to all my fans and friends all around the world!

As I take a look inside the magazine, a giant poster unfold in front of my eyes !!....WOW! I remember the photographer asking for my best heroic expression, I think this is what he meant.

cool! ..very cool!

Well today, I am on top of the world and i plan on staying in that state for a little while .

Now it`s time to celebrate!

Boujour les amis ! It's saturday and has I went for my run this morning I had a nice surprise. I saw my face this giant billboard ! Cool! On this one, I am a cowboy fighting and playing in a muddy pig stands with 3 other guys over the watchfull eyes of 4 beautifull and sexy cowgirls! Growing up on a pig farm myself in Quebec I truely had a blast shooting this ! And , like my dad always said, everything you do in life is prepares you for something else..... Papa you were so right ! Merci de m'avoir appris les bonnes valeurs de la vie! ..je t'aime !
